Coconut Milk Onion Sambol.

We all like that extra crunchy, tangy twist to be incorporated into our daily meals.

Sambol is such a side dish that goes well with rice, flatbreads/roti, bread, string hoppers, pittu.

The basic ingredients in a Sambol in whichever form is made with onions, chilli (green/red) and lime.

Combining these essentials and adding a few others depending on the Sambol you make, you could put together an amazing side dish.

A very quick dish that could be assembled and even eaten on its own with any of the main accompaniments as mentioned above.
