How to make banana chocolate chip pancakes in a blender.

1 and 1/2 cup flour

2 teaspoons of baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon of butter

2 tablespoons of sugar

1 tablespoon of vanilla

3-4 ripe bananas peeled and sliced

1 cup of buttermilk(simply add 1 tablespoon of white vinegar or lime juice and let it rest for 3-5 minutes until milk is thick)

2 eggs

1/2 cup of chocolate chips

Method

Have your blender and the ingredients ready(buttermilk made, eggs whisked, bananas peeled and sliced).

Sift flour(1 and 1/2 cup), baking powder(2 tsp), salt(1/4 tsp). Combine well and set aside until used.

Cover with lid and blend for 30-40 seconds.
