Tips on making the best fresh tomato salsa

The tomatoes and cilantro should be fresh.

Do not add more than the recommended amount of coriander leaves/cilantro, should you add more the coriander flavor overtakes the tomato flavor. even your salsa would change color.

Make sure to use salt and lime as you need, this means you need to taste the salsa as you make it.

Cooking the salsa over very low heat helps to enhance the flavors, thicken the salsa and preserve the salsa longer than fresh salsa.

Let the tomato salsa completely cool before serving.
