How to make air fryer shrimp no breading

Please make sure to read the recipe instructions carefully to avoid mistakes.

Ingredients

The ingredients mentioned below use standard measuring cups and spoons.

500g of prawns cleaned, deveined tail on

1 tablespoon of oil

2 tablespoons of lemon juice

2 teaspoons of black pepper

salt to season

1 teaspoon of garlic powder

Method.

If you are using frozen shrimp, first thaw(defrost) the shrimp.

Pat dry shrimp with kitchen paper towels to remove all excess moisture.

Add oil(1 tbsp), lemon juice(2 tbsp), black pepper(2 tsp), salt to season, garlic powder(1 tsp)into a bowl, and mix well.

Add the shrimp into the lemon pepper marinade and leave for 30 minutes.

Preheat the air fryer at 160C(320F)for 5 minutes.

Add the shrimp into the air fryer basket and spread them in a single layer.

Do not stack the shrimp on top of each other, instead, cook in batches.

Brush the leftover marinade on the shrimps.

Air fry at 160C(320F) for 8-10 minutes.

Check the shrimp at 8 minutes, shake the air fryer basket, repeat the process of brushing the leftover marinade on the shrimp, and then air fry for another 2 minutes.

Serve warm with a few slices of lemon or lime wedges or use any of the serving ideas given above.
