1 cup finely shredded Cabbage
1/2 cup of grated Carrot
1 medium-sized Pineapple cleaned cut into thin slices or diced into cubes
2 fresh red chillies chopped fine
1/4 cup Lime juice
Salt to season
1/2 -1 teaspoon Pepper powder
2 tablespoons of Sugar

Method

In a large bowl, toss the Cabbages, Carrots and the Pineapple together.

In a smaller bowl combine lime juice, Sugar, Salt, Pepper mix and set aside.

Once you are ready to serve, toss all of the above together, test for seasoning and adjust if needed.

Leave the combined pineapple salad to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
