Ingredients

Ingredients mentioned below use standard measuring cups and spoons.

1 medium Cauliflower

4 tablespoons of Oil

1 medium Onion

1/2 teaspoon of Turmeric

1 small sprig of Rosemary

250g of shredded chicken(boiled in water seasoned with 1/2 teaspoon of Salt)

1/2 a teaspoon of chilli powder(less if you want to reduce the heat)

1/2 teaspoon of curry powder

Salt to taste

1/2  a lime to add a bit of flavor

Method

Preparing the chicken for the cauliflower filling.

In a pan of boiling water seasoned with Salt, cook the chicken for 10 minutes or until the chicken is tender.

Once the chicken is cooked, leave it to cool then shred the chicken to the required size, you can use a fork or your fingers.

Preparing the filling.

Clean and shred the Cauliflower florets coarsely cut them to smaller pieces, season with Salt and set aside.

Place a pan over medium heat and pour in four tablespoons of oil, add the sliced Onions and cook the onions until they turn translucent. 3-5 minutes.

Add the shredded chicken combine and cook for three minutes, add the rosemary sprig to the pan.

Once the chicken is cooked for three minutes, add the shredded Cauliflower, Once the cauliflower is combined, add turmeric, curry powder, chilli powder and season with salt. 

Cook for 2 minutes over medium heat or until the cauliflower is tender enough but still have a crunch.

Check if there is adequate Salt to taste.

After the chicken and Cauliflower is cooked, leave it to cool, squeeze a bit of Lime to enhance the flavor.

Use it as a filling or any other ways mentioned above.
